How do we get started?

So glad you asked! Click any of the “Contact Us” buttons and it will lead you to the contact page. From there, fill in your contact details, then send us a message about what you require. We provide initial consultations for free to learn more about your business needs.

How quickly can we get started?

Generally, from the time we hear from you, it takes a week to be onboarded after the initial consultations. The consultations can be conducted remotely or in person at our offices, or a location of your choice.

How does your pricing work?

To get started, we need to have a sense of how long it will take to complete the workload, whether it is a once-off arrangement or monthly, then we will transition our services and pricing to be a monthly or a flat rate.

How do your contracts work?

Our work is performed on a monthly contract or once-off arrangement. If you decide that we are not the best fit, you are not tied down by the contract, a one-month notice should suffice.

At the end of our time working together, your bookkeeping file and all your data will be handed over to you, at no charge.

How often do we work together?

This depends on your business. We work with all our clients on a monthly or more basis. That means we will communicate at least once a month about your business’ bookkeeping, payroll and any other ad-hoc issues that may arise.

What accounting software do you use?

We work with most major cloud-based accounting platforms, although most of our work is done on QuickBooks, Xero and SageOne Accounting.
